To qualify, applicants must be (A) sponsored by a Club member or be a dependent of a member of the Chattanooga Transportation Club or (B) pursuing a degree in the field of transportation, logistics, traffic management, or business degree in sales and marketing.

- A certified copy of your university transcript (or high school transcript if you are an incoming freshman).
- Two letters of recommendation
- A current black and white photo (for publication)
- A 100-200 word essay outlining your career objective
